GC looking to hire a liscenced plumbing contractor to work on several properties. Some of the properties are outside of Philadelphia. Please note I'm looking to hire an experienced plumber who has a stable buisness and is able to pull permits for smaller to large size jobs. There will be times when permits will not be required at all but $80 / hr cash rate stays the same regardless and whether the service call requests you for few days or few hours. I'm looking for one loyal and dedicated plumber for all my services. I will always coordinate with you around your schedule.
