LOST CAT IN GRANDVIEW AREA

My cat Elvis has been missing since June 20th. He’s a very small black cat with a clipped ear and a kink in his tail. He escaped thru a hole in our basement and his collar fell off but he is chipped. I have already put out his litter box, bedding, food and toys around are front and back yard. Have posted on neighbors app and pet FBI as well as hung flyers around town but I am having no luck. Pls any Information helps !!! - all black - chipped - very sweet but shy - clipped ear and kink in tail
