NEED A "RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE ON-TIME" INDIVIDUAL SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY WANTS THE WORK, NOT A FLAKE. Someone that can take simple directions and follow them as instructed. $15.00 per hour 5 hours per day 2 days a week Days can be decided based on your schedule If you have another job we can work around those days. You MUST have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle with insurance There are days you may be sent to pick things up locally. (we pay for your gas and your hourly) None smoker position Must be vaccinated and have valid proof (we have elderly here) Please don't take this job away from someone who might really need it, and then flake and waste my time! This could be a regular gig if you like it and we like you.- After the first two days you've worked, we'll see if you are a good fit. If you like the job and we like you - we may offer you a regular gig 2 days a week. Regular pay will be on the 1st and 15th of every month. More days and hours will be available at times when projects are underway. This is a NO DRAMA, very easygoing, laidback, atmosphere here. We want to keep it that way so please don't bring your drama here. We have tenants here and we must be always respectful to them. This is an awesome large property in a great part of the county.
