Re-Homing 2 Year-Old Blue Tick Hound

We are looking to re-home our very affectionate blue tick hound mix, Maybelle! Maybelle has finally settled down from her puppy phase and wants nothing more than to cuddle and nap with her owners most days. She needs regular walks and some play time, but she does well on walks with some gentle reminders, knows basic commands (sit/stay/lay down/drop it/slow/stop/leave it/down/let's go), and is house broken and kennel-trained. Maybelle has been good with kids so far, probably not cats, and takes about an hour to warm up to new people. After that though, she will be your best friend! She always greets us with a helicopter tail and a round of growling "AWOOO"s when we get home, and tries to smush her face into your chest while giving you plenty of kisses. She is a very loving, affectionate girl who needs a good loving family in return. She plays very well with other dogs at the park and off-leash, but she can be reactive with other dogs on-leash while walking. We are re-homing her because she is not getting along with our other dog after 9 months. She has some resource guarding issues that we have been actively re-training and working on, but she should go to a home where she is the only other dog just to be safe. She's up to date on all her vaccinations and doesn't have any health issues. Asking a $50 rehoming fee. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to schedule a meet-and-greet :)
