I have two starlings I raised from babies. Legal to have non protected species. One talks a little and says hello and what's up. They are insectivores so they need to go to someone who knows how to care for them, they don't eat bird seed at all. I can set you up with all the information you need to care for them. They are social, sweet birds, but don't want to be held or picked up. They will happily land on you and hang around you all day once they get used to you.
