Hired labor for property management

I am looking for someone for an ongoing labor position with my property management company. We have 24 properties in the area we currently manage with more added soon. I am looking for someone to hire on a somewhat consistent basis to be a day laborer and do small jobs. We currently have a house that needs trash cleaned out, I have minor maintenance and delivery jobs, and almost weekly I have something come up that I would like to pay someone to do. This would be a good side gig for someone looking for extra cash. I need someone who has their own transportation, can follow directions, and get the job done. If you have any mechanical skills, that is a plus. If someone is a hard worker, trustworthy, and reliable, I am looking to scale to 50+ properties by the end of the year.
