Looking for someone to help with maintenance of a portfolio of rental properties throughout Ontario County (Canandaigua, Phelps, Geneva, Naples and all points in between) AND/OR to Flip/Rehab distressed properties. Opportunity to partner with one of the fastest growing residential redevelopment companies in the Finger Lakes! Skill-sets Needed Include: Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring: Vinyl & Tile, Roofing, Siding, Drywall/Painting, HVAC, Landscaping, etc.. Compensation Dependent on Experience/Skill-Sets. Must have own transportation, tools, strong work ethic and positive attitude. Flexible Work Hours to Work with your Schedule. Work available 365 days a year! This is an Independent Contractor Position.
