Growing local painting business seeking skilled painters who are eager to lead a successful team. If you’re the painting lead we’re looking for... 1.) You are described by your references as neat and clean, friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious, holding yourself to high standards, as well as courteous, mature, and a relaxed team player. 2.) You present yourself well as trustworthy and punctual (great smile optional, but definitely desired!). You are eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow with a caring and fun team with great expectations. 3.) You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces, with or without direct supervision. Experience with mudwork & drywall, matching texture, spraying with airless or HVLP and cabinet refinishing is a plus and will increase rate. 4.) ABSOLUTE MUST – You have your own personal vehicle (truck is highly preferred), a valid drivers license, smart phone, e-mail. 5.) Live in or around the Arlington, Mid-Cities, Fort Worth, HEB or Grand Prairie area. Please don't apply if you live in Plano or North Dallas and have a problem with driving to these areas. What are we providing? $18-$28/hr. (or more), depending on experience and ability to take control of all aspects of an interior or exterior painting project as well as follow instructions. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Competitive bonuses based on performance. Supplemental insurance options (Aflac), PTO accrued annually (5 days a year total), quarterly bonus program. All of these begin after 90 day probationary period. NOT LOOKING FOR SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THIS POSITION.
