Cover my Driver Seat -Update Please Read

This video shows the job. Have you done this before? ** Yes, this is the make and model of the car. Yes, it's only the Driver's Seat (as shown in the heading). Can you do this with one adjustment: I want to leave the old seat cover under the new one because my heated seat still works. Because the base foam is compressed from years of use there should be plenty of room to just put the new cover over the old one. Also, because he's using zip ties for some of the securing it would be easy to run fresh ties through both covers to prevent bunching and shifting of the original seat cover. I don't have the tools or hand/arm strength to do it on my own but I make a great assistant to help lift the old seat out or hand you tools if needed. We can't work on my car at my apartment building but we can meet at a shade covered area on a cooler day or early one morning before it gets hot.
