I’m a contractor looking to team up with an architect with a remodel to a house. 3 bathroom remodels 1 laundry room and a kitchen. Your job is simple to talk to homeowner gather there wants and needs to these remodels and gather a material list. Share ideas. And I’ll do the rest. Payments will be issued after a completion of each phase. The owner wants to start off with the guest bathroom so I’m thinking while I’m working on the guest bathroom the architect will get with the homeowner and start planning the next bathroom then move on to the kitchen and laundry room. That way production is going smoothly and efficiently. Great opportunity for new architect to put there skills to the test. Make fast money without any hard labor.
