I'm looking for someone to be my boots on the ground and send me photos of For Sale/For Rent By Owner signs along with addresses of the properties. I'm more interested in nice homes in nice areas. If I can make a deal with the owners, I will need this person to meet with the sellers to take photos and place signs in the yard. I will compensate based a deals with owners. I will pay $50 for each lead that requires you to take photos of the inside of a house. You will not have to discuss anything with the sellers. I will only pay the $50 if it requires interior photos. I will pay for the signage and will pay an additional $25 after you have placed the sign and take a photo of the sign placed in the front yard. You will need to pick up the sign from the store I purchase it at. After I get it rented, I will pay you a $500 bonus! Thank you!
