We need a knowledgeable, reliable and a handy man to give us an estimate for remodeling a house and repairong a few things. The house possibly would need the following but we would encourage the guy to take a close look and tell us what else would be needed: Replace/update kitchen counter tops Install smart thermostat Install weather strips where needed Install door stoppers Update electrical outlets Replace and update light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms Replace mirrors in the bathrooms Install a new porch door Install smart video doorbell Fix/Replace beams under the deck Fix carport structure Build a storage shed in the backyard Please reply to this ad with your availability and a quote. If you give us a good rate for your labor, chances are you'd be hired to do the work as well (contingent upon your skills).
