Closet repair and caulking a shower

Looking for a carpenter/handyman to do a couple of repairs in my house. 1. Closet bar repair. Please see pics for more detail. Reinstall a closet bar with new or have a way to fix the existing parts. 2. Shower needs to have all caulking stripped and replaced with new.
