Emergency Help for Kitten Needed

Making a long story very short....We are full time travelers. We are currently in a campground near Frontier City. The guy across the street has had 4 litters of kittens that he just throws outside to fend for themselves. The campground won't help and Animal Control won't help. He usually abandons them at about 2.5 to 3 months but this latest litter was released at under a month. We picked this baby up wandering around alone last night. She is approximately 3 to 4 weeks old. She is dehydrated and close to starving to death. I have given her 2 baths and taken off 100s of fleas. She will need several more. We also gave her some de-worming meds given to us this morning by a vetenarian friend. We cannot keep her. Our cat hates her and we just do not have the room. We are hoping somebody will please help and give her a loving home. She is so sweet and just needs a chance. There is also at least one more her size running around but we have not been able.to.get to.him yet. Please help this baby. Please.email or text.
