Puppy needs a forever home

I need to find a loving home for an 8 week old puppy that was left on my grandma's porch in a lunchbox. She's disabled and unable to care for an animal. We don't want to take him to the shelter. He's a very sweet little boy. Not positive on the breed. He'll come with a kennel, a bag of grain free dog food, food mat, food and water bowls, a dog bed, toys and a bag of treats. There is a rehoming fee to cover the vet visit and the stuff I had to buy him, plus I need to know that whoever adopts him has the money to be able to take care of him. Thank you.
