6 year old Labrador needs a new home

Hello everyone. We have a beautiful and smart dog named Leila. She is a 6 year old black lab that we’ve owned since she was 2 months old. She is great with kids and animals all sizes. She is so smart that I half expect her to speak English one day. We are moving overseas to a metro city and we wont be able to take care of Leila there. So we're looking to find a good home for her. We need the new owners to have a fenced in yard. $300 rehoming fee. Details about Leila: Leila is a 6 year old pure Labrador. sweetheart, house trained, loves all people and animals, doesnt chase after rabbits or squirrels, doesnt run away when off leash (but please dont leave her off leash in a crowded area!), doesnt bark unnecessarily (She will bark if strangers, postman, food delivery driver knock on door), loves to play and eat. She has the energy you would expect from a 6 yr old lab. She is okay to just sit at home for a few days without practice (she wont chew furniture or anything) but will be much more happier if she is able to go for walks or preferably runs. She LOOOOVES playing fetch with tennis balls, so you can just watch her exhaust herself sprint after each ball while you are sitting in a chair sipping your drink. She tosses the ball right back to your hand.. She loves to swim and play fetch at the lake or beach. She loves to eat, and i guarantee you she will eat anything she can reach. One time i left her food unattended and she ate 5 days worth of food (and pooped 5 times after that too). She doesn't get on couches, beds, or any furniture unless she is specifically asked to do so.
