Property preservation specialist Looking to bring on experienced preservation subcontractors to cover: Tampa Bay region and surrounding counties. We are looking for strong team players who can complete quality work on time! Position is a 1099 and we offer a 7 day pay period for all contractors Ideal candidates will have: -Experience in the field of property preservation preferred -Have own tools, truck, smart phone, and computer -Familiar with Pruvan app or Safeview Preserve or willing to learn -Have an active Aspen Grove ABC# or obtain one within 14 days from hire date -Have general liability insurance with a minimum $1M coverage policy or obtain one within 30 days from hire date -Must be able to complete work within a 1-5 day window time frame, dependent on the urgency of the work order -Must be able to follow directions and pay close attention to detail -Must be able to take plenty of photos which need to be clear (not blurry) and during daylight hours -Must be able to complete all or some of the following work order types: grass cuts, landscaping, snow removals, debris removal, janitorial, boarding, general repairs, mold remediation, plumbing repairs, basic electric repairs, water pump outs, roofing services, lock changes, bid requests, evictions, occupancy verification, and more. We are a bidding company and have a high volume of bid approvals and repair jobs. If you enjoy keeping busy, working outside, and getting paid well then this job is for you!
