Ailene is graceful and quiet, neat and tidy, and would make a great companion to someone looking for a young lady with a sweet nature. Her beautiful peaches and cream coloring compliments her laid back personality. She can be a little shy at first, but a lady is not supposed to be forward with everyone and must take her time! An adoption counselor will be in contact with you following the submission of your application. If approved, they will arrange a meet and greet at one of our monthly trips to Chesapeake or at our shelter. Visits to the shelter are by appointment only, as we are a volunteer-run rescue organization. All PAWS cats are spayed/neutered and current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. All cats and kittens are tested for FIV/FELV. All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
