Some with EXPERIENCE to and LADDER to install window A/C units

One A/C unit is already in the window, but needs to be sealed up properly from BOTH the inside and OUTSIDE (thus the need for a ladder that can come up the the 2nd floor (this is an apartment building). There is a support bracket, but it will ONLY work properly if the foot of that where it touches the outside wall stays in EXACTLY the right place (due to a cement ledge/sill on the outside of this window. The other one is smaller.. only 5,000 BTU, and thus not as heavy. It can probably be supported by exactly the right amount (height) of wood that's been fused together using Liquid Nails. Figuring out that exact height also can best be determined by checking outside with a ladder. [ I will try to come close to the right height today... but error on the side of still a little too low.. so that those boards have time for the Liquid Nails to become a STRONG bond. ] For someone with experience installing air conditioner into windows... this gig should not take very long.
