We will be offering our first in-person workshop for all WA clinicians on Friday, July 29th from 9 am to 1 pm at the beautiful Meadowbrook Farms in North Bend, WA. It will be a wonderful getaway and a workshop focused on you as the clinician building skills and tools to learn more about, Networking: We all need a community to refer to, reach out to for consultation, build trust, and share our unique perspective. Learn how to build, maintain, and improve your professional network. Inspiring: Inspiration keeps us grounded and focused when challenged, overwhelmed, and exhausted. Who inspires you? Who do you inspire? We will talk about how to find inspiration for yourself and how to build it for others. Centering: When feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, do you know how to re-center yourself? We will share some proven techniques to help you as an empathic clinician center yourself, before, during, and after your workday. Empowering: Empowerment is an internal strength that requires cultivation and investment. We want you to feel empowered to go after the things you want in your career, to take on new challenges, and build the internal feeling of brilliance and competence. We will build a plan to show you how to go after your goals or challenge yourself that build empowerment and confidence. This workshop is all about you and building the practice and professional self that you want to be and feel good about. We want you to be successful, supported, and inspired to do your best work.
