Our Frequent Chocolate Eater's series starts again! Come enjoy a fun fresh way to learn about and eat chocolate. You will learn about the history of chocolate, the difference between craft and traditional chocolate, confectionary and compound chocolate, and of course taste rare and amazing single origin bean to bar craft chocolate from some of the most fantastic locations and makers in the world. Classes are are all held at the Downtown Dayton Library. Your ticket includes: Chocolate tasting mat, flavor wheel, palate cleanse, tasting instruction, and chocolate samples ( 6-8 samples for intro classes or 5 samples for monster pairing class).
