We will be aiding on that day with several programs that involve packing up healthy foods in boxes for any of our agencies in Eastern MA to order for those with food insecurity. Greater Boston food bank GBFB is the largest hunger-relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. Last year, they distributed 117 million pounds of nutritious food to people who struggle to have enough to eat.They are committed to increasing food distribution to provide three meals a day to every person in need in Eastern Massachusetts while supporting healthy lives and healthy communities. The Greater Boston Food Bank is a member of Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization. Meet at 12:00pm - My Liberty Church - 875 Washington St, Braintree Then drive to food bank - carpooling 3:30pm - Finish at food bank return to My Liberty Church www.myliberty.org
