My classes are designed with larger body parts in mind because I've been in a larger body my entire life. My goal is to relax and release, so we'll utilize props to help us get really relaxed and able to just "be". My classes are WILDLY body positive - we laugh, talk about poses, enjoy affirmations, sometimes we have foot massages, sometimes we enjoy refreshing mint water, occasionally I have a raffle. These times are spent flipping all the "feel good" switches in our bodies so we leave feeling noticeably better than we did when we arrived :-)
