Oktoberfest Strength Fest strongman competition benefiting the Shriners Hospital for Children! The event will be held at the Muncie Shrine Club. Food and drinks (adult beverages included) will be available for purchase courtesy of the Shrine Club. The events for this competition are as follows:
Press Medley (Barbell/Axle/Log)Keg Over Bar (Max Reps) Bavarian Deadlift (Max Weight)Sand Bag Carry (Max Distance)Mystery Grip Event The weights for each event can be found by visiting the link here.
Weight Classes are as follows:
- Novice Light Weight Men: 231.1 & below
- Novice Heavy Weight Men: 231.1 & above
-Light Weight Men Open: 200lbs & Below
-Middle Weight Men Oepn: 200.1 - 231.1lbs
- Heavy Weight Men Open 231.2 and above
- Novice Light Weight Women: 145 & below
- Novice Heavy Weight Women: 145.1 & above
- Open Light Weight Women: 160 & below
- Open Heavy Weight Women: 160 & above
Prizes will be handed out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each weight class.
Belt Fed Strength will be on site for all your leather needs so be sure to check them out!
