Central Street Evanston is hosting "Wellness Wednesdays" a series of free fitness classes provided by the fitness and wellness studios on Central Street! The classes will take place outdoors at Independence Park. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and water for class. *Blended Health & Smoothie Bar Evanston is offering a 20% discount and $3 wellness shots for class participants. Join international Mind/Body Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Healer, Lisa Faremouth Weber. All ages and fitness levels welcome, including those over 50. Safe intelligent mindfulness, breath work and yoga postures to sculpt your beautiful you. Squat, lunge, build your core, and plank your way into the best shape of your life! We will build long, lean muscles using our own body weight. We may at times incorporate free weights, and other props, to tone the major muscles and stabilizing muscles of your body. Breath work and calming stretches help balance your workout and increase vital energy in your body. Lisa will lead you in a partially lead and partially free form movement/dance experience at the end. Leave smiling All levels welcome Lisa will be the instructor for this class. Lisa is the founder and spiritual director of Heaven Meets Earth which was established in 2005 so that you can cultivate your radiance through fun and rewarding yoga classes, retreats and healing services. Please note the following: - Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get set up. - Participants are required to sign a health waiver upon arrival. These will be provided by Central Street Evanston at Independence Park the day of class. - No class limit! - In the event of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and/or rescheduled for a later date.
