DOORS WILL NOW OPEN AT 7:30 p.m. MUSIC BEGINS AT 8:00 P.M. *Please note this house concert is at The Ledge located at 8502 Horseshoe Ledge, Austin, TX 78730. What to Bring: Chair or blanket, snacks, and beverage. This is an outside event. Weather permitting. Required: Vaccine Cards or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Ben Jones wasn't born playing and singing, but he caught up as quickly as he could.... A self taught multi instrumentalist, Ben has been playing and writing songs since he was 13, touring and releasing records independently in the UK for 15 years until relocating to Austin, TX in 2014 with his musical partner, Andrea Magee, in the duo, Beat Root Revival. They've released several independent records since, the most recent being the 2019 release, 'Up' produced by Butthole Surfers legend, Paul Leary. He's toured with names as acclaimed as Brian Wilson, Jeff Bridges, Brian Setzer and Lake Street Dive. Ben has been featured on a number of albums as a writer, gaining co writing credits with artists as Shawnee Kilgore, Pat Byrne, Michael Hearne and Natalie Price. His new album, Souvenir, is available now.
