Sound frequencies have been used to promote well-being since ancient times.

As we tune into the nervous system & subconscious mind, we can start to work with our own intuitive intelligence to produce clearer minds, healthier bodies, and resilient souls.
For comfort during your sound journey, I recommended bringing a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, a water bottle, and wearing extra layers for added warmth.
There will be an altar where you can add any items you are wanting to "charge". This could be a small item that holds significance to you like a crystal, a piece of jewelry, etc.
