Jelly's Place is seeking responsible, dependable adult and teen volunteers over 12 willing to commit a few hours each week to helping out with specific tasks that help us care for our animals and get them rehomed. Volunteers help with socializing dogs and cats, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, organizing supplies, filing, answering calls, meeting with the public, screening adopters, photographing animals for social media, etc. Attend our volunteer orientation and talk with us about how you can help to support our mission. Do you have a special skill or talent? Tell us about it. Bring your energy, initiative, reliability, maturity, and good communication skills! We look forward to seeing you. Please reserve 1 spot per person attending. Teens must come accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This is an orientation for ongoing volunteering. If you are looking for some place to drop in occasionally, then this is not for you. Masks and social distancing are still required. Limited number of spots.
