Chaincrow is looking for a drummer

Description

First and foremost go to the link directly below and listen to our 5 min compilation of songs to see if it sounds like something you’d be interested in, if so, read on! https://youtu.be/IJcdWgRfmQU We are a singer and guitarist that are building a band and doing something we like to think is a bit different. For now, at least at the onset we would like to keep it acoustic. (Down the line, acoustic and electric together is most likely in the cards) We’ve written the solid bones of an album and are assembling a few more musicians to round out the band (drums, 5 string bassist, 2nd guitar etc...). We are a new band so you will not be replacing anybody. This is a great situation where you can come in with your own style and build this sound with us from the ground up! We are not looking necessarily for a virtuoso but definitely someone with experience that has solid chops! Someone who has the skill but knows it’s all about serving the song. Basically looking for solid, detail oriented, hook filled drumming. You can hear our general vibe from the clip above but the main concept is, sad, happy anything in between, go with whatever comes out that’s good, no boundaries. We would love to play locally (bay area/norcal) wherever we can as being acoustic you can setup and perform relatively easy and anywhere but of course, if given the opportunity to expand we’re ready to go where the music takes us! If this sounds interesting, hit us up! Please send a little about yourself, where you live, age and examples of some of your past work and we'll take it from there... Bottom line, no egos, no rockstar dreams, just music from the heart. Thanks! We’re based in Petaluma... looking for someone local enough to get together in person to write, jam and gig etc... (Sidenote: Only links can be sent through the CR relay email. If you want to send actual attachments either make a dropbox link or please email and ask for a band email address. We would post that here but CR won't let us post a band email address in the ad)
