PLEASE RESEND*** Walls Home and Commercial is looking to assemble a team of 2-4 CAPABLE & RELIABLE men or women to repair and remodel properties. I am looking to do this YESTERDAY, so availability and skillset is a priority. You HAVE to be a man or woman of their word, and do what you say you can and will do. Be where you say you will be when you say you will be there. I desperately need craftsmen that know their way around a property and possess multiple skillsets. Pay is hourly, and EVERY OTHER FRIDAY to begin. After the probationary period of 4 weeks, it is payment EVERY FRIDAY. If you prove your abilities within a day, we can start weekly payments the following week.. The probationary period is only to test your skills and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) your work ethis. We work fast, so milking the clock will last an hour at most. I can teach you trades, but I can't teach you how to take pride and honor in your work. We use Fieldpulse, so you must have a capable phone. MUST have the appropriate tools and reliable vehicle. Some days we work together, sometimes you won't see me for a week. The right person will be able to manage both. Situations change on a day to day basis, so be able to pivot on a dime. For an idea of what the typical week looks like, these are the projects that I completed this last week: Replaced a porch, railing and steps Repaired/textured a 5SF hole in a ceiling and re-sealed bathtub Replaced a whirlpool tub with a shower (Included new drain in concrete floor) Disassembled/reassembled an executive desk Replaced 24" cabinet with new install (electrical and water supply) dishwasher, refrigerator, overhead microwave and garbage disposal The outlook for this upcoming week: Replace headers, add support posts and re-level 10' H deck Disassemble, relocate and reassemble shelving Replace 2 - 8' fence panels and 5 pickets Install vinyl flooring, doors/casing and trim in basement that has been recently finished Projects that I am looking to start ASAP: Siding job in Lincoln, followed by interior upgrade in all 4 units 1000SF basement that needs the remaining drywall installed and finish Rough-in electrical on basement of investment property 700SF basement that needs drywall install and finish Simple 4 vent HVAC install in basement before we rock it Basement finish project Install cabinets in 1000 units (as of last week) in a downtown apartment complex, but other locations to follow. I have a house ready to go that my investor and I are turning into a duplex and a 4-plex ready to go in Lincoln that needs an interior upgrade in all units, deck refinishing, porch and siding replacement. I receive 50-60 estimate requests per week so projects are consistently flowing in.
