• Which dangerous look-alikes to avoid
• History on plants & indigenous usage
• Insight into Traditional Chinese Medicine in relation to plants
• Info on what’s in season
• Tips on at-home storage (e.g. fridge vs counter)
• Propagation instructions, where applicable
• Recipe ideas
• Taste-testing: fruits, herbs, veggies, etc
• Non-alcoholic, homemade sample drinks
• Community of like-minded new friends
• Bug spray (to share with everyone)
• Sunscreen (to share with everyone)
Who: Everyone is invited. Kids 4 and under free.
Where: Perry Park, Redondo Beach
When: Saturday, May 14 from 4-6 pm PST
