Join CorePower Yoga for a 60 minute, all-levels yoga class at Southern Strain Brewing's Plaza Midwood Taproom. Stretch, socialize, and sip at Southern Strain Beer Company! The flow is indoors, so we flow rain or shine! Come for yoga, nama'stay for drinks. First drink (but not tip!) is included in ticket purchase. You'll have earned it! Southern Strain Beer Company-Plaza Midwood | 10:45-11:45 AM | $10 Enjoy an hour of yoga at Southern Strain Brewing's Plaza Midwood Taproom and enjoy single draft beer or non alcohol drink of your choice. Bring your mat, towel, and water & come ready to work. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or this is your first class, you'll leave feeling accomplished, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your weekend. Each class is led by a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructor. Arrive at least 5 minutes early. Plenty of parking in the lot at our building. Please purchase your tickets prior to class (ticket sales close one hour before the event!).
