Summer is in full swing! In this semi hands on class you will learn how to create a fresh meal perfect or those hot summer dinners. Chef Nancy will guide you through each recipe as together you create a meal of Kale & Avocado Panzanelle Salad, Grilled Salmon w/ Citrus vinaigrette, and Grilled Fruit Medley.
Cost for this class is $60/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs with a private event. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:
In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing each item. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive 20% off your purchases the evening of the event. (Some exclusions do apply) You will have 30 minutes after your class to shop. Please have ID available at check in if you wish to have wine with your meal.
