Yoga for All at the Norman Bird Sanctuary with Interfaith Reverend Shelley Dungan from The Sacred Center Rev Shelley is back for a 3rd season of weekly yoga classes on Mabel’s Lawn, every Saturday & Wednesday at 9:30AM beginning June 11th weather permitting. These 1 hour classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. Those who are interested are invited to stay after class for a half hour of guided mindfulness meditation Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, natural setting. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation. Please bring a blanket and yoga mat. The pricing is PWYW (pay what you wish) suggested range is $10-$20. No registration or ticket is needed, however you are welcome to reserve a spot using this Eventbrite ticket portal.
