Message from Wendy Engelberg, GGR Director & Co-Founder: This is truly my favorite event GGR puts on! Pure fun and epic riding! GGR Gear: Please wear your GGR garb every day to get our discounts. INFO: There is a TON of info here, so please read thoroughly! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. [email protected] or ping me via FB messenger. Please allow 24 hours for a response. I work full time outside of GGR. EVENT INFORMATIONLadies Only: This is a LADIES only/those who identify as female event. HOWEVER ... partners, hubbies, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc., are welcomed at the Saturday night group dinner and to use our discounts tickets, make sure they show their GGR pride by wearing a piece of GGR gear and let them have fun with their own posse for the weekend (Note - socks work well them!) Cost: This is a FREE event for GGR members and all other women's clubs. We highly encourage you to donate what you can to GGR: Donate to GGR Note: Tickets for Snow Summit lift, Snow Valley lift, SkyPark and the group dinner are costs directly to those businesses - GGR has no financial benefit for those fees. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS - Overview: June 26 - Opening of event registration July 18 - PrePay for dinner July 25 - PrePay for Snow Summit July 29 - Snow Summit day: Down Hill & Cross Country July 30 - SkyPark Day: Enduro riding/No liftsJuly 30 - SkyPark Dinner and Raffle July 31 - Snow Valley bike park Down Hill riding OR Maple Hills cross country rideAugust 1 - Rest, Post - use the hashtag #GGR #girlzgoneriding #morewomanonbikes #community #sanjuanhuts #kaliprotectives #kuatracksSCHEDULE OF EVENTS - Details: Please select only ONE activity ticket for each day (plus dinner on Saturday). Event Registration: You are required to reserve a ticket for each event and can only be in one (1) event at a time, so please do not sign up for two (2) events that are going on simultaneously, it causes group leaders to look for additional people that can’t be in two places at once AND it takes a spot for those that want to participate. Attendee Limitations: We are limiting this event to 100 riders, so if you need to cancel, it's your responsibility to cancel your ticket. We cannot adjust your ticket for you since we do not have your login/password. Because this event is free, we find that many people won’t cancel, and this causes issues with head counts for ride leaders and people who want to come but can’t get a ticket; Please be courteous to your fellow women mountain bikers; PLEASE cancel if you cannot attend. Body Armor: Downhillers at Snow Summit and Snow Valley, the below are required to participate and be safe. For Skypark day, we highly suggest the same.
