The Artability program provides free workshops and hosts an annual art show for the public to promote mental health in our community. Artability creates a space for people to tap into the creativity within themselves free of expectations or judgments. The arts can be a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, personal growth, and a bit of fun. Our workshops and art shows are designed to be accessible to all, regardless of previous experience or ability.
