Dress in Professional Attire . The PUSH for Girls Leadership Academy is an in-depth mentoring program targeted for middle and high school girls and boys offering weekly after-school workshops ,or one-on-one sessions with their community leaders and entrepreneur mentor. Components include leadership readiness; school and/or career preparation and work-basedlearning experiences; youth development and leadership; entrepreneurship skill development. Mentor/mentee goal setting and vision-casting. The mentoring curriculum components prompt young girls and boys to explore various facets of their identities, such as: image, culture, and self-esteem through building self-awareness, confidence, and leadership skills.
