Found small grey female kitten

Arlington by 6 flags. I think she was abandoned but want to make sure. Very gentle, used the litter box we got her but we found her earlier today very dehydrated and starving. No ticks, fleas, seems in good health, but we can't keep her. Monday we are turning her over to a facility that doesn't euthanize. Shes a very sweet, mild mannered kitten! She has claws and teeth, but is gentle and quiet as they come. For safety sake, please send a pic of her if you think this is your kitten so I can verify first, but I will gladly turn her over to her owners. That being said, She was found on the side of the freeway hiding under a box from the sun, around 5pm so she either escaped from very nearby or was abandoned because she wouldn't have made it far with traffic, or long there in the heat. If anyone has any advice or interest please reach out, shes well cared for and fed for now, and is very happy!
