Licensed Electrician for Gold Band Removal Work

Description

I need a licensed electrician who is able to handle gold band removal work. Only one of the two power lines to the main circuit breaker is hot. NV Energy will only remove Gold Band in coordination with a licensed electrician. I need someone to be the licensed electrician to meet them and figure out the electric line issue.
