Need help moving furniture up and downstairs/Ayuda

I'm looking for someone strong to help me move some furniture downstairs and move other furniture upstairs (beds, tables, drawer cabinets and sofa) Shouldn't take us more than a 2 hours maybe less on Sunday 7/3 or Monday 7/4. Will pay for your trouble. Preferably in the morning before it get too hot. Busco alguien fuerte que me pueda ayudar mover muebles del segundo piso al primero, y del primero al segundo piso el Domingo 7/3 o Lunes 7/4. Se paga por su ayuda. Preferiblemente por la mañana antes de que se pone muy caluroso.
