Description
There is a deceased black cat on the grassy median between lanes of traffic on West River Hills Drive near the Willow Pond Apartments in Burnsville. No collar, did appear to possibly be pregnant. We called animal control but forgot to ask them to check for a microchip; hopefully they will regardless. If this is your cat I'm so sorry. If you need someone to vent to, feel free to email me.
