Seeking assistance with training

My wife and I are desperately trying to raise money to get our dog trained. We have good days and bad days with him but he definitely needs a professional to work with him. We are working on muzzling him to take him to the vet to get him neutered but haven’t had a lot of success. My wife has found a trainer that’s willing to travel to come train in home but we still need to raise the money to get her here.
