Seeking an experienced handy person for occasional jobs on an ongoing basis for my home and rental property. Must be adept at carpentry, own their own tools and be able to estimate time and cost of jobs in advance. Must also be able to pick up materials as needed with a pick up truck or similar vehicle. Flexible schedule- I can work around your availability as long as I can depend on you to get the job(s) done by the agreed upon time.
