General Construction Laborer

Looking for a general construction laborer to join my company Grizzly Construction and Excavation LLC. -Background in construction is not required -We work on decks, concrete, excavation, general construction etc.... (So if you don't already have the skills, get ready to learn a TON!) -Looking for someone full time -I will start you at $20/hr. After a 3 week probationary period, I will bump you to $22/hr. After 3 months, I will bump you to $24/hr (depending on your skill, attitude, work abilities, etc...) More incentives and pay raises will be discussed at the interview. -ALSO; there will be CASH bonuses!! REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle GOOD attitude! Willing to work in inclement weather Be able to lift up to 80lb. Looking to hire immediately/anytime. We work in Snohomish County; primarily Snohomish, Everett, Marysville, Monroe.
