We are building a new coffeehouse experience in Tampa Bay! Our vision is to showcase and celebrate the very best of Tampa through collaborations with hyperlocal artisan coffee producers, artists, games, and more from the vibrant community of Tampa Bay. We are currently seeking a Director of Coffee, Tea, & Lite Fare to join our startup team! This leader will be responsible for the gastronomic experience of our guests - from sourcing coffee beans and tea leaves, to serving the very same. You will OWN this. Full disclosure: this is a non-salaried/paid position FOR NOW. This team member will be a co-founder and will be eligible for equity ownership. From the date of this posting - our goal is to be live and fully operational in 90 days. We also want to film this journey so we can create a documentary of our experiences. Is it high risk? Yes.
