We are a family owned construction company specializing in Commercial Construction for the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area. We are Looking for a Self-Motivated and Dependable Commercial Construction Laborer. Responsibilities/Duties - Follow OSHA and Company Safety Rules and Regulations - Inspect Work for Accuracy and Quality - Work from Ladders and Scaffolding - Ability to Frequently Lift or Carry 20 to 75 pounds -This Individual Must Carry Professionalism and Quality onto Our Job Sites at All Times - Physical Requirements Include: Standing, Bending, Squatting, Sitting, Kneeling, Crawling, Repetitive Motion of Hands and Wrists, Walking, and Climbing. - Typical Working Conditions Include: New Construction and Remodel Working in Unheated Areas and in All Weather Conditions, Including Dusty and Noisy Environments, Working on Ladders and Elevated Work Areas. -Perform Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications - 1+ Years’ Experience as a Commercial Construction Laborer - Be able to use Power Tools - Valid Driver’s License - Reliable Transportation to Each Jobsite - Fluent in English Additional Information - Wage is $16.00-$22.00 per hour Depending on Experience - Medical Benefits and Sick Time after 90 Days - Vacation after 6 Months - 401K Package with Employer Match after 1 Year - Holidays *Sign On Bonus of $500 after 6 Months of Employment* ***A Resume MUST be submitted to be considered***
