Good Dog to rehome

Description

I have been fostering a dog for 3 weeks now out of a not so good situation. She is now spay 5 days in. she is a year and a 1/2 old. she is lab shepherd mix. Mostly Lab. A very happy-go-lucky lab, sweet girl. Previous person said accident litter of pups gave all her pups away and wanted her gone too. Was and still is a little bit underweight. She will come with a large crate, Toys, And of course lots of love :). I have been working on training with down because she tended to want to jump when excited. She knows sit, shake, Off, Leave it, Settle, I make her settle down before I get her out of the crate, when I get home. Dont want her in a crate all day long, (she does get into thing's when not supervised) knows Out of the kitchen, when you tell her (crate) she will go right in. She has really good recall but please let her get used to you and her surroundings before trying this. She is good at the dog park if that's your thing. She would make a good hiker as well. Is all around adventurous dog. I am looking for somebody to take her that has a big yard and/or property. She has a lot of energy and will get bored quick. I have taken her for walks mornings and in the evenings a mile and a 1/2 to 2 miles each Time. I will want to know lifestyle and yard or property sent pictures to me. So, ideally, someone who is home 1/2 the time. She is not chipped that I know of. I would appreciate whoever adopts her to get her chipped in your name. She is a super great girl, And deserves a good life. will make an excellent adventure buddy. Also rides well in a car. There is a rehoming fee of $250. This only covers half of her Spay, And this includes rabies Shots and deworming.
