Thanks for reading our post: Our company is committed to the restoration and property management of a unique and storied portfolio of homes and apartments. We focus on distressed buildings in our historic districts, with an average age of over 100 years. We are family owned and what we lack in size, we make up in being flexible and good to our people. We are currently seeking carpenters and handymen. Open to all skill level. Fair hourly rate, easy app for clock in, paid weekly. Looking for just three things. Someone that is 1) Trustworthy, 2) Always trying to be better, 3) Proud of their work. As for what we do... To boil it down, we fix up old houses, then rent and maintain them. That means we do a little of it all. For example, in an average week we may frame a wall, some sheetrock, paint, shoot up baseboard, install a sink, tile a shower, etc. Must have transportation, and of course a work van or truck is a plus.
