CONCORD, NH — Anthony Quinn Thompkins, born 1991, of Manchester was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2020, on a bench warrant. Joseph N. Cusumano, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on Dec. 7 and charged with criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an incident on the Concord Heights. Alyson Kathleen Orchard, 24, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 7 on a warrant. She has an active case in Rockingham County Superior Court from an incident on Nov. 20 in Salem. Jason P. Carmichael, born 2001, of Loudon was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Dec. 6 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident in the Fisherville Road area of the city. Mark Roy Reed, born 1995, of Boscawen was arrested on a robbery charge at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 30 after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference on Feb. 11, 2021. Cassi J. Page, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 5 a.m. on Nov. 30 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident in the Loudon Road and Burns Avenue area of the city. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Horstkotte is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference on Feb. 5, 2021. Justin W.
