A power monger (aka rumpie ranger) can coerce at any level from family relationships to international connections, but those with an appetite for power generally seek it over a larger and larger circle of underlings (sheeple). Indeed, that's why Rump preys on the uneducated, undereducated, distracted by shiny things type sheeple, the lower the intelligence level, the easier for the con to scam the sheeple. A power monger (aka rumpie ranger) sees themselves as elite and superior over the other lower beings, (false illusion of grandeur, as it's a slimy sleaze that is far inferior, even to a 🐍) as opposed to seeing themselves among fellow citizens as a benevolent leader would. A power monger (aka rumpie ranger) doesn’t avoid chaos, but rather purposefully creates chaos (hoaxes, 2020 election big lie, witch hunts, real patriot vs phony ass scumbag patriotic actor, etc.) as an opportunity to cause more people to hate their fellow citizens. Then they will offer more bullshit to the masses, that only their stupid sheeple will believe. The end game being to sow so much discord in the nation that it will be easy as pie for RED commie puppet(rump) to leave the way open for Russia, China, Korea, or all three to walk right in and take over. Or perhaps the United States of America will become the divided States of America. A power monger (rumpie ranger) is selfish in only Service to Self, doing good for others only if it will increase their personal power and status. Caveat: don't believe Rump would do good for anyone, even if it would increase his false image of power/status. 2024 - evil or good?
